| We stopped for lunch at Plums restaurant in Beaufort . We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the food and the view of the river. Beaufort is the second-oldest city in South Carolina after Charleston. Today it is a cute little tourist town. |

River Street.
Lot's going on along the river. The buildings are the historic dock-front warehouses and businesses that have been turned into restaurants and various shops. The candy shops were unbelievable. Big crowds of people enjoying the scene in the evenings along with street musicians. |
